**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Manage daily cafe operations, including inventory control, order management, and staff scheduling.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the cafe team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure a clean & tidy working environment for all staff & customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication and attentive service.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Barista and in cafe management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
- Ability to manage inventory, track expenses, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Contract

Pay: $33.96 - $47.55 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
