- Malaga

**Pay rate**
- $50-$55 per hour - casual basis (temp -to
- perm role)

**Hours of work per week**
- 40 hours - Some flexibility with start and finish times

**Prospective job Length**
- Ongoing

**Scope of works**
- Due to newly awarded projects and an influx of work, we are now looking for a new Recruitment consultant to join a small established team with one of our clients.
- Role functions will included though not be limited to, blue-collar positions - primarily trades and labour.
- 80% of roles are FIFO with other positions based locally or in Kalgoorlie.
- Must be comfortable with face to face and over the phone interviews (teams)
- Strong organisational skills, computer literate and ability to work with high volumes.

**Additional comments**
- Role is Monday to Friday
- Some degree of flexibility for start and finish times.
- Must be a hard worker, sound work ethic, ability to work in a small team, have a high attention to detail and understand work priorities.
- In Recruitment every day is different and the ability to see “grey” and having flexibility is essential.
