**About the Role**

As Placement Officer, you will be responsible for matching students with placements that will provide them with relevant experience preparing them for a career in Customer Services.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in getting into Education/Teaching as you will work closely with academic teams. We are a close-knit team keen on supporting students towards positive outcomes in their education and career journeys. You will work in a multicultural environment with colleagues and students from all over the world

Some of your key tasks will include:

- Screening, matching and placing community services students onto field placement opportunities
- Connecting, engaging, and supporting a diverse range of international students to achieve placement requirements
- Providing clear, trusted, and timely communication with the ability to adapt interpersonal skills
- Agency relationship management

**About you**
- Relevant experience or understanding of placement requirements for course completions
- Strong interest in supporting students and ensuring that they receive an outstanding overall experience
- Experience in using Moodle and/or other relevant student management systems (preferable)
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Genuine love for a fast-pace growth work environment
- Team player, enjoys collaboration
