Assistant Place Manager

We are currently looking for a Assistant Place Manager, reporting directly to the Communications Manager. The position will be capable to assist on develop activities and initiatives to connect the community with the Parramatta Light Rail project. Dealing with the different Stakeholders, capable to assist on building existing partnerships and identify and strength partnerships to build community. Different communication channels will be used to ensure all the relevant stakeholders are informed and known about the initiatives that will be developed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish and manage relationship with stakeholders.
- Follow client directives for project communications.
- Prepare reports and presentations on time basis or under request.
- Prepare surveys to collect relevant data about Community Engagement.
- Be responsible of the site offices to attend community and stakeholders.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with all Australian health and safety, quality and environmental legislative requirements.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner in line with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality consciousness. Advise management of any changes in materials, plant or processes which may impact on safety, quality or the environment, as well as any improvements that could advance CAF's quality and environmental performance.
**Minimum Experience and Requirements**:
- Proven work experience of 4 years managing relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Audiovisual Communications or Public Relationships or Journalism Diploma.
