- Have an ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
- Have a current VIT Registration.
- Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment and are open to feedback and growth.
- Participate in the implementation of the MACS Flourishing Learners Vision For Instruction.
- Have opportunities for external Professional Development

**_ Key Selection Criteria:_**
- Experience in leading or supporting wellbeing and mental health initiatives within a primary school context.
- Strong knowledge of Social Emotional Learning (SEL), trauma-informed practice and student behaviour support strategies.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students and families to support mental health and wellbeing.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
- A commitment to Catholic education values, inclusive practices and the promotion of student safety, equity and wellbeing.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education, be familiar and comply with the school's Child-Safe Policy and Code of Conduct.

**Special Requirements**
- Full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
- A willingness to obtain accreditation to teach in a Catholic School
