**Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager**

Reporting to the Franchise Partner and managing a small customer service, barista and kitchen-based team you’ll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety, in addition to:

- Reviewing sales and COGs to ensure growth and profitability
- Maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with recruitment and training needs
- Creating rosters and approving timesheets
- Executing marketing initiatives, identifying new opportunities where possible
- Leading a small team to give our Soul Origin customers an excellent experience.
- Responding to customer enquiries as required
- Mentoring up-and-coming team members, to ensure the successful operation of the store at all times

**What You Need to Succeed**

The successful applicant will possess the following:

- A minimum of 1 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE as a Fast Food, Café or Restaurant Manager or

Supervisor or Shift Leader
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to confidently lead a small team
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and

late-night trade (Thursdays up to 9pm and Christmas late night Trading)
- A current Food Safety Certificate, Barista background with knowledge of specialty

coffee will be advantageous

**Salary**: Up to $60,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $44,121.55 - $69,126.86 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- PENRITH, NSW 2750: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
