This is a **perfect opportunity for a Building or Property Manager looking for a change, to assist our dedicated team to be their Relief Building Manager.**

**The role**:
In this full time, permanent role, you will be allocated to relief Building Managers whilst they are on leave. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the complex, liaise with contractors on **maintenance issues, building inspections, interact with tenants and owners, leasing** and more.

You will be supported by a **vibrant and experienced management team** who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office property management team.

**Role requirements**:

- At least **2 years**’ experience in property or building Management.
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive work attitude with **strong customer service focus.**:

- Strong knowledge of Strata, property and building management.
- Must have own vehicle for travel in Greater Sydney (allowance provided)
- Be available to work on **Saturdays** (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies.
- You **must hold** an Assistant agent certificate or **Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License**
