**About this Job Opportunity**

Our **Onboarding & Service Coordinator** role is newly developed and designed to support key functions within the business. The role will have a majority focus on recruitment and onboarding along with a focus on rostering and coordination of services for our clients.

**Onboarding** - Responsible for providing end to end high level talent acquisition services to ensure Your Choice Homecare staff recruitment needs are met within agreed quality, time and cost requirements.

This role will play a vital role in engaging and attracting talent to support the organisations strategic objectives, build its Your Choice HomeCare brand and secure a strong future growth plan.

**Service Coordination** - Provide service coordination ensuring that client schedules are met on an ongoing basis by coordinating care information and support workers and updating information in the client management system.

The incumbent will have a wide knowledge of community resources and be sensitive to multicultural/diversity issues thereby ensuring clients receive high quality, seamless and cost-effective care and services. The incumbent will work within a team environment and will be directed by protocols and work closely with other organisations in a flexible and collaborative manner to ensure positive objectives are achieved for clients.

**Onboarding role - Key Accountabilities**
- Support and facilitate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to meet appropriate staffing levels across a designated business portfolio.
- Identify appropriate recruitment strategies and strategic sourcing channels to attract the desired target market.
- Support hiring managers with job design, position description review, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing (where required), reference checking and offer management.
- Develop appropriate interview tools and selection criteria and work with hiring managers to adopt these practices.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to ensure recruitment activities are delivered efficiently and effectively. Ensuring all stakeholders are regularly updated on recruitment progress.
- Develop employment brand and attraction strategies through social platforms, collaboration with employment providers, job boards and targeted communications.
- Develop strategies to reduce time to fill and increase quality of hire. Undertake continuous improvements on recruitment workflows, tool-kits and training, and documentation.
- As required and directed undertake and lead Your Choice HomeCare projects and programs.
- Team player approach in supporting office based functions such as answering incoming calls.

**Service Coordinator role - Key Accountabilities**
- Utilise client management system to ensure staff roster considers: client needs; contracted hours of staff; minimisation of staff travel; requirements of staff to attend meetings.
- Receive calls in relation to care recipient/external providers queries and responded to in a timely manner.
- Respond to calls appropriately within scope of role and business rules and escalate accordingly.
- Ensure accurate documentation within the Client Management System to reflect any changes.
- Ensure Client Care Record is managed at all stages of the care - admission, consolidation, discharge and archiving.
- Develop and distribute staff roster for the next 7 days (undertaken on specific day).
- Ensure any unfilled services are allocated to staff and liaise with Case Manager if difficulty filling roster.
- Liaise with staff re: any changes to roster post distribution
- via phone or text.
- Ensure any current day unallocated services or unplanned staff leave are addressed and resourced.
- Work within the standard operating procedures.

**Salary**: $56,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
