Our federal government client has been embarking on the largest ERP Transformation in the southern hemisphere.

The program requires a **Deputy Cutover Lead** with experience to govern the end-to-end cutover requirements within high-performing, scalable enterprise ICT functional solution in large, complex organisation. The resource must have in depth cutover knowledge and leadership experience in the complex SAP S4HANA within a Commonwealth environment.

**The Deputy Cutover Lead will be responsible across the Defence ERP Program Tranches and Releases with responsibilities to include**:

- The governance of the end-to-end Cutover process, leveraging ERP and SAP cutover experience - to plan, manage and govern activities of Delivery Partners to ensure alignment with optimal outcomes for Defence and adoption of ERP implementation best practices, while supporting the program to deliver against agreed deliverables, time, quality and cost.
- Assuring alignment of ERP Cutover methodologies, tools techniques and approach to assure the end-to-end design process and aspects of the Defence ERP cutover activities, including the resolution of cutover readiness issues within Program timelines.
- Balancing quality of proposed cutover outcomes andaligning to the ERP design principles, service quality, and systems management considerations to ensure program schedule and quality targets are met and overall Defence outcomes are achieved.
- Having active involvement in the cutover scoping and planning for ERP Tranche 3, with focus on ensuring optimised solutions that deliver Defence ERP capability with approved Program Timelines.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience we are seeking includes**:

- Demonstrated SAP Cutover experience (business and technical cutover management experience) in a complex SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC 6 environment.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of existing complex ERP production system landscape and related cutover activities including demonstrated deep understanding of SAP cutover Best Practices.
