**About The Role**
Reporting to the Director of Innovation, this role will be responsible for the active management and development of a specified product portfolio with a focus on delivering growth through new products. Product leadership through Innovation is a core strategic objective of ASSA ABLOY and the Product Manager plays a critical role in setting the strategic direction for a specific product portfolio to ensure it is well-positioned to deliver product leadership.

**About You**
You will have experience working within a fast-paced product development and/or product management environment. You will have the ability to balance multiple priorities to deliver excellent results and be solution focussed in order to take a hands-on approach to obtain the right information to make well-informed decisions to deliver value.

You will bring:

- Relevant technical qualification or similar experience working in a new product development environment
- Excellent organisational skills with experience as a key contributor on cross-functional development
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects from concept to completion
- Strong business acumen and a track record of turning market insights into effective business cases
- The ability to work and thrive in a team environment
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

Prior experience with products or projects focussed on smart home ecosystems and a strong technical knowledge of IoT, digital security and electronic access control is advantageous.

The role is full time onsite work based in Melbourne Australia.
