Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working in a close-knit Marketing Team of 5, as Stratton Finance’s Marketing Specialist you will be taking ownership of partnerships and activations. In this position you will be working with our Marine & Leisure business in developing a marketing strategy and activation plan, and our Franchise businesses in implementing local area marketing activities, to increase qualified lead generation, brand awareness and retention/reactivation. Additional responsibilities will include:

- Working with sales to generate and onboard new referral partners to deliver increased lead generation
- Develop and create content for marketing campaigns supported with clear data informed decisions and outcomes
- Creating reports and evaluating data on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiencies and trends
- Organise and coordinate marketing events such as conferences and trade shows
- Collaborating with the broader marketing team on lead generation and CRM marketing activities

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- Prior experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar position
- Proven ability in driving data led multi-channel marketing strategies
- Obsession for the customer, focus on relationships and collaboration within a team and with key stakeholders
- Strong organisational and planning skills, managing workflow and priorities in tight deadlines
