We are seeking an experienced Consultant/Specialist General Paediatrics (or trainee close to Fellowship) to join a supportive team, providing high-quality care across inpatient, outpatient, neonatal and community settings.
Located just three hours south of the Gold Coast, two hours south of Byron Bay, and one hour north of Coffs Harbour, the Clarence Valley offers easy access to some of Australia's most sought-after destinations. Any beach along the coast is just a short 45?minute drive.

The Role

- Provide contemporary specialist paediatric care to children and families
- Manage a broad case mix, including general paediatrics, neonatal medicine, child & adolescent health, and children with complex care needs.
- Lead and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Contribute to education, research, quality improvement, and service development.
- Participate in the on-call roster and outreach services.

About You

- Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Paediatrician, or RACP assessed as substantially comparable.
- Recent clinical experience in general paediatrics, neonatal medicine, and child & adolescent health.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing education, research, and quality improvement.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check and unrestricted driver's licence.
