Payroll Officer

**About the role**:
As a Payroll Officer, you will provide high-quality end-to-end payroll processing services to ensure BaptistCare employees are paid and receive their entitlements correctly and on time.

**About you**:
To be considered, you will have:

- Considerable experience in payroll processing experience
- Ability to interpret and deal with multiple sets of employment conditions and contracts
- An understanding of legislated minimum employment conditions and remuneration entitlements in Australia
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately within tight deadlines
- A detail focus for accuracy
- Strong analytical skills
- T1 Payroll System experience (preferred)
- Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work
- Practices communication that is respectful, open, consistent and two way
