**National Marketing Manager** based in Melbourne, VIC

We are looking for an experience marketer to join our national team who are responsible for brand awareness, business growth, continuous improvement and innovation. Reporting to the General Manager of Customer Experience and Markets, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and measurement of company product and services marketing strategies.

You will oversee direct and indirect engagement with current and future customers, analyse and identify trends for an agile digital strategy and seek market perceptions about the brand. This insight will underpin the strategic marketing initiatives presented to the Executive Leadership team ensuring the company continues to build brand position within a contestable market.

In managing a team, you will provide leadership in the marketing and communication of marketing, event, and brand services to internal stakeholders.

- Execute & measure marketing strategy
- Lead on & offline marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing partners and suppliers
- Oversee charity partnerships & corporate memberships
- Analyse & identify trends for an agile Digital strategy SEO, SEM, Website
- Connected customer & marketing operations systems or tools
- New service & segment go to market plans
- Collate Market Research & competitor insights
- Collaborate and plan future marketing strategy

**Skills & Experience**
- Extensive marketing experience in a high-volume medium to large service enterprise environment
- Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets
- Prior experience in training, developing and supervising staff is essential
- Ability to build agile marketing plans and go to market strategy in response to changing marketplace conditions, competitors or by interpreting conceptual ideas
- Able to build relationships at all levels of an organisation and maintain confidentiality
- High level administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly competent levels of computer literacy (especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook and Basic Adobe Suite)

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, strategic marketing or digital marketing is essential
