**Control Room Security Officer - Robina Town Centre**

Trident Services Australia is seeking experienced and licensed Control Room Security Officers to join our team at Robina Town Centre. This is a full-time role working a 4 on, 4 off rotating roster.
As a Control Room Officer, you'll play a critical role in monitoring and managing safety and security operations, ensuring the wellbeing of retailers, customers, and staff across the centre.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Operating and monitoring CCTV, access control, and communication systems
- Coordinating and supporting security teams during incidents and emergencies
- Responding to alarms and dispatching resources appropriately
- Assisting with incident reporting, risk monitoring, and safety compliance
- Providing clear communication to centre management and emergency services
- Supporting retail centre operations and emergency response procedures

**What you'll need**:

- Current QLD Security Licence (with **Monitoring** and** Crowd Control** functions)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in a control room environment (retail or corporate highly regarded)
- Ability to work a 4 on, 4 off rotating roster across days and nights
- High standard of personal presentation and professional conduct
