**About the Role**

Due to the rapid growth of the Rivalea business, we are currently recruiting an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. Based in Melbourne, and reporting to the S&OP Manager, the Pricing Analyst will collaborate with our Sales and S&OP teams by reviewing data and providing expert SME advice on revenue/pricing strategies and volume allocation.
- Understand the different lines of business and its profit impacts / production capabilities
- Understand sales impact on profits, as well as gaps and opportunities against competitors
- Drive meetings and discussions to formulate the gaps in an actionable fashion and support with the action plan process
- Ensure the business has up-to-date visibility of the long-term sales position
- Interact with the sales teams to map opportunities, understand capabilities and constraints regarding production and cost, and provide price recommendations for the new opportunities
- Plan process improvements, create timelines and design and deliver tools and routines to support goals and improvements
- Monitor the market, understand it’s seasonality by cut and industry trends and provide pricing relative to the market
- Collect short-term pricing opportunities, reviewing data and providing pricing recommendations
- Run daily and weekly spot meetings, using data to support sales tactics
- Control and report gaps on spot sales, understand the differences against targets, and hold managers accountable for end results

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
- Similar experience in a similar analytical position
- Experience in the Meat industry is very advantageous
- Experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills and general all-round strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to identify cause & effect relationships
- Responds calmly in difficult situations maintaining a strong customer service focus
- Ability to interact effectively with employees and management at all levels
- Ability to maintain records and analyse data to produce accurate reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
