Overview

The Test Analyst will work as an integral part of a collaborative project delivery team to support our Federal Government client.

Location

Hybrid in Canberra, ACT

Key Criteria
  • Must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 or higher security clearance
  • Strong experience in software testing and defect lifecycle management
  • Preferred: ServiceNow testing background
  • Desirable: Exposure to automation tools (Cypress, Postman, Selenium, TOSCA)
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and/or automation)
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
  • Document and communicate test results clearly and accurately
  • Support quality assurance practices across the delivery lifecycle
About You
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and industry best practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow will be highly regarded
  • Ability to create and maintain structured test cases and scenarios
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for quality and digital transformation projects
