Additional duties include but are not limited to, updating and managing service personnel training matrix and ensuring service personnel have valid certifications and permits to mobilise to site. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
**About you**:
- Highly developed administrative skills and previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
