Service Administrator

Nido Early School** Lakelands** is seeking an administrator who is expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.
ABOUT THE SERVICE:
- 72 place 2 story service
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years
- Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Based at the local shopping centre
- 3 minute drive to Lakelands train station
- Staff room on site which has a choice of indoor or outdoor seating
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Must be available Thursdays and Fridays
- Previous front desk administration experience (childcare setting highly regarded)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
