Ict Support Technician

Haileybury is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Casual ICT Support Technician to join our dynamic ICT team at our Keysborough campus in a Level 1 frontline support role.

This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality technical support to students, staff, and parents, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and maintaining the smooth operation of devices and systems across the School.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong customer service mindset.
- Confident in diagnosing/resolving issues for remote users.
- Collaborative team player with a genuine commitment to community engagement.
