**Eagers Automotive are now searching for an engaging and professional Casual Receptionist to join our team in Essendon Fields.**

**About the role**:

- Saturday coverage required with some flexibility to cover additional days
- Managing reception including all incoming calls
- Accurate recording and relaying of messages
- Logging all sales enquiries and floor traffic
- Monitoring the flow of dealership floor traffic
- General house keeping
- Preparing various sales reports

**Do you have?**
- An approachable and positive personality
- Previous reception experience in a high volume retail business is highly desirable
- Professional and engaging telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail and professional personal presentation
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
