In the role of** Change Consultant** reporting to the **Domain Change Lead**that’s doubling down on customer obsession and winning together.

Each day you will go above and beyond to:

- Ensure change activities have end-to-end ownership. Delivery of the change work as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities.
- Drive the identification of stakeholder and business impacts and assess organisational readiness.
- Identify all stakeholders impacted by the program/project and create an effective engagement plan to maximise the readiness.
- Develop a communication approach and execute activities that supports all stakeholder.
- Complete a training needs analysis, develop a training approach & any supporting materials e.g. reference materials, instructional documents etc.
- Develop the metrics, create a plan to monitor, track and pivot as required; to realise project benefits

**What you’ll bring**:

- At least 5 years of experience in change management and change delivery within a project environment
- Experience developing change communications
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills to influence others
- Strong analytical skills assessing challenge impact
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively, flexibly, and self-driven for independent change activities.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management at all levels
- Agile change management skills
