RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate Cert III related activity across the business.
- Liaise between education institutions (such as The Gordon TAFE) and the relevant sites.
- Manage student funding claims.
- Ensure student information is managed within G4S systems.
- Maintain relationships with RTO's to provide other certified training (e.g. TAFE, Leadership).
- Maintain strong and positive working relationships with all internal stakeholders and external training partners.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain records and statistics of all learning offerings producing relevant reports to stakeholders as required.
- Liaise with external providers to extract attendance and qualifications.
- Hold and maintain the relationship with a panel of external providers, including sourcing and engaging with appropriate providers.
- Provide guidance to Business Units and Projects on traineeship opportunities for our workforce, the process for signing up an Apprentice or Trainee, and identification of the most appropriate qualification for related Traineeship or Apprenticeship.
- Act as the central point of contact for The Gordon and Serena Russo (our preferred Apprenticeship Network Provider) and actioning any documentation.
- Process commencement, completion, BAC, and CAC government funding claims.
- Maintain data for the Traineeship & Apprenticeship Dashboard.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Demonstrated experience working in an RTO environment or equivalent.
- Strong passion for building culture and engagement.
- Ability to identify needs and source appropriate providers to meet these needs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Administration of a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Providing guidance on Apprenticeship and Traineeship activities.
- Administration of all related Apprenticeship & Traineeship Activities.

KEY OBJECTIVES
- Provide guidance, coordination, and administrative support for certified training and liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including:

- Apprenticeship Network Providers
- Training Providers
- Business Unit and Project personnel
