Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Contract Performance Lead to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing contractual obligations, drive performance and produce insightful reporting.
**The Role**
As the Contract Performance Lead for this well known healthcare site, you will oversee the operational delivery of Facilities Management Services on behalf of their client. Your role will involve ensuring contractual compliance, strategic planning for meeting deliverables, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coordinating comprehensive reporting requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor contractual KPIs and deliverables to ensure compliance and prevent financial abatements.
- Manage contract governance across all reporting levels and maintain regular liaison with clients.
- Compile and deliver timely and accurate reports required by the FM Services Contract.
- Provide proactive management of issues to mitigate risks and maintain positive client relationships.
- Supervise and develop a team of direct reports, providing coaching and guidance for their growth.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to handle operational escalations effectively.
- Develop innovative service delivery methods and techniques to enhance performance.
- Allocate responsibilities to subordinates, utilizing their skills and potential efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with third-party audits and internal procedures.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management or similar preferred.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration preferred.
- Knowledgeable in quality and continuous improvement implementation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and Asset Management Software systems desirable.
