**About the role**
Keller is seeking a proactive and adaptable IT Support Technician to join our busy, friendly, and collaborative IT Team on a **3-month fixed-term contract with a view to permanency**.
As the primary IT contact for our national workforce, you will partner with our management team, end-users and global technology teams to provide end-to-end technical support.
This role will require working between** our Perth CBD office**and **Canning Vale office,**with flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**- Promoting and providing guidance to end users on incidents and service requests through the IT service system (ServiceNow)- Troubleshooting, resolving and/or escalating reported incidents in the IT service system when they cannot be resolved remotely- Assisting with ad hoc requests ranging from software troubleshooting to hardware installation.- Providing level 1 and 2 onsite support or remote support to resolve operational problems- Taking ownership and being proactive with user issues- Supporting local and global projects and initiatives
**About you**- To be successful in this role you are curious and passionate about IT and you have a customer-centric approach to solving problems. You will also have:
- Experience in a service desk or equivalent- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities- High level of drive, initiative, and a sense of urgency- Service-Now, ADUC, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred- ITIL 4.0 Foundations certification is preferred- CompTIA certifications are a plus- Availability of working rostered weekends
