**Position Summary**:
We are currently looking for people who take pride in delivering high-quality service and can join our Customer Service Team. We are a high-performing team, directly responsible for the management and performance of STERIS Customer support across Australia and New Zealand. Working alongside the ANZ team, positions are available in our Heatherton Office (hybrid).

**Duties**:

- Answer all Customer enquiries and complaints accurately and efficiently across all touchpoints.
- Take ownership of Customer enquiries, ensuring effective first/single call resolution.
- Takes ownership of problems by, identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing an alternative or solution.
- Act as a liaison between customer and CDM department for New Account Set up.
- Confirm order selling price is in compliance with contract/pricing and work pricing holds regularly.
- Interface with freight carriers for shipping routing, tracking and proof of deliveries.
- Understand and have a working knowledge of STERIS products and their intended uses by regularly attending product training.
- Responsible for the researching and handling of customer credits and returns.
- Research and document Customer complaints into quality system ensuring that all relevant facts and data are captured; escalate issue based on severity of complaint.
- Actively support the Sales team and other internal Customer goals.
- Support International order entry process as needed.

**Required Experience**:

- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and phone manner.
- Advocate leader in STERIS culture and brand representation.
- Ability to operate under pressure and be solutions focused.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Customers and gains their trust and respect.
- Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in services.
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster.

**Preferred Experience**
- Experience working within Oracle or similar order management system.
- Experience working within Customer Contact Centres or similar
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Case Management systems
- Understanding of medical device industry will be highly regarded, but not mandatory
