**The Opportunity**
We're seeking an expereiced Office & Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our clients' familly owned and operated business. This is a diverse role, reporting to the Directors and Senior Bookkeeper, involving day to day bookkeeping duties for the business, accounts administation, and general office management administrative tasks.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable invoices
- Reconciling bank statements, credit card transactions and accounts
- Issuing monthly debtor statements
- Managing day to day administration and accounts duties
- Preparing quotes and invoicing clients
- End of month reporting
**What's on offer**:
This is a full time permanent position with an established Australian owned and operated family business.
- $85,000+/annual salary - in line with skills and expereince
- Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5pm
**Skills & Experience**:
The successful applicant will be well versed in general bookeeping for small-medium sized business, and general office and accounts administation tasks.
- Sound computer operation skills including Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of organisational ability including time management skills, efficiency and accuracy
- Experience with accounting software XERO and MYOB, bookkeeping and invoicing
- **The right to permanently live & work in Australia**
