**Experienced Bookkeeper Wanted for Busy Restaurant**

Are you a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a passion for numbers and a knack for managing finances? Our bustling restaurant is looking for a **seasoned Bookkeeper** who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take charge of our financial operations with precision and confidence.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, BAS, and payroll tax.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to maintain financial health.
- Collaborate with management to optimise financial processes and controls.
- Collaborate closely with crucial management personnel

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software Xero and MS Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to make informed decisions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Temp to perm, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
