1 Receipt and dispatch of inventory with WH supervisor's support 2 Offloading containers that contain inventory and customer orders when required. 3 Loading and unloading of trucks in the correct run orders to dispatch when required. 4 Operating Forklift when required
- A valid forklift license is required 5 Unloading and putting away stock. 6 Organizing stock in correct bays 7 Involvement in quarterly stock counts. 8 Maintaining clear work areas. 9 Keep small warehouse organized and tidy (some manual lifting of stock required) 10 Order & receive stock from suppliers

Our client is the Nordic region's largest furniture producer. It is headquartered in Sykkylven, on the west coast of Norway. Our client designs and manufacture's furniture products that are marketed under major brand names and known as one of the world's most well-known furniture labels, while our clients brands are most famous in Norway. A particular brand is marketed mainly in the USA and Australia.

**Tasks to be performed**:

- Receipt and dispatch of inventory with WH supervisor's support
- Offloading containers that contain inventory and customer orders when required.
- Loading and unloading of trucks in the correct run orders to dispatch when required.
- Operating Forklift when required
- A valid forklift license is required
- Unloading and putting away stock.
- Organizing stock in correct bays
- Involvement in quarterly stock counts.
- Maintaining clear work areas.
- Keep small warehouse organized and tidy (some manual lifting of stock required)
- Order & receive stock from suppliers
- Liaising with other staff to get warehouse jobs completed
- General warehouse duties
- Ensure that stock and customer orders is picked and packed in a timely manner. Building of recliners (attaching cushion sets and bases)
- Attention to detail, for special handling instructions, including weights, labels and dimensions, models, colors, size of items (recliners; dining; sofa's)
- Have a 'can do' attitude and self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Must be physically fit, this role will involve heavy repetitive lifting.
- Previous warehouse and RF Scanning experience is desirable
- Good reading, writing and verbal English skills is essential to accurately pick and prepare orders, as well as to effectively communicate with internal and external staff, customers, suppliers and freight forwarders.
