Western General Bodyworks is one of the nation’s largest independent collision repair companies. We are a rapidly expanding smash repair, towing, and hire car service with a growing number of fixed repair centers in Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales.
**About the Role**:
You will be reporting to our towing manager and asssist in managing our towing business known as Western General Towing based in Maribyrnong. Our towing team operates predominantly across Western Suburbs. This is a varied administrative role with diverse responsibilities requiring an exceptionally organised, agile individual with high attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilties (but are not limited to)**:
The Office Administrator's primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the booking schedule
- Support the towing manager in planning and organising the towing team to carry out a variety of service tasks, to ensure productivity and profitability.
- Liaise with insurance companies, outside stakeholders and tow truck drivers.
- Other Ad Hoc administrative duties as required, e.g. invoicing
- Drafting invoices and following up overdue accounts
- Ability to build form strong relationships with customers
- Previous experience working in an administrative position
- Effective time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with strong communication skills and impeccable work ethic
