**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate classrooms
- Provide administrative support for operations team
- Maintain electronic and hardcopy filing system
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Handle requests for information and data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare written responses to routine enquiries

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a sales/administrative representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proactive and a great team player

**Hours of work**:

- 2 weekdays (8:30am - 5:30pm); 1 half-day on Saturdays (8:30am-1:00pm)
- FYI: School holidays opening hours: Weekdays only (8.30-5.00 p.m.)

**Requirements**:

- No restriction on working rights: Australian citizen or permanent resident only

**About Us**

What we offer to our customers: a weekly cognitive skills training program for children from 0 to 6 years old. Shichida Australia Pty Ltd carries the exclusive license to implement the Shichida method of education from Shichida Educational Institute in Japan.
