The Asset Management Branch supports the effective management of school assets under a shared responsibility model. The Annual Contracts program supports and guides schools in maintaining assets with compliance obligations among others. The project assists schools with routine maintenance for sanitary bins, gas appliances, onsite wastewater, termites, air conditioning, vertical buildings, private drinking water and lifts.

There is 1 Fixed Term, Full Term Project Officer position vacant in the School Asset Assessments Unit. The position will assist in the Annual Contracts program.
The role will support, and improve the unit to continuously improve service quality, particularly through the implementation of the annual contracts program.
You will need to draw on your experience in data analysis and have an understanding of asset and facilities management. The role will actively seek to provide high quality opportunities for Victorian Schools and learn together, using data to identify and reflect on local issues and problems of practice, developing solutions that will lead to improved outcomes for school populations.
