**Your Role at a Glance**:
You’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, team leadership, and the overall guest experience. With a proactive, people-first approach, you'll work across all departments — dining, bar, events and gaming — to ensure the venue runs like a well-oiled (and high-energy) machine.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Champion the guest journey — lead service initiatives that delight patrons and inspire your team to go above and beyond.
- Oversee front-of-house operations, team presentation, service standards and compliance across all trading areas.
- Manage team performance, onboarding, and training — create a culture of growth, ownership, and accountability.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service and a united guest experience.
- Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and upselling strategies that boost engagement and drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and all regulatory standards.
- Proactively monitor forecasts and staffing needs — balance efficiency with service excellence.
- Portfolio may include bar, restaurant or events.

**What You’ll Bring to the Table**:
**2+ years’ management experience** in a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality venue
Proven ability to lead a team and create an energetic, service-driven culture
A natural problem solver and motivator who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments
Passion for hospitality — you genuinely love what you do

Confidence in delivering great service, supporting rosters, and upholding RSA, WHS, and venue standards
RSA & RCG certifications are required, but if you don’t have them yet, they must be obtained before your start date
