**Georges River 16ft Sailing Club** is making a much-anticipated return this **September 2025**, and we’re looking for a **Receptionist** to be the warm, welcoming face that greets every guest who walks through our doors.

About the Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and positive first impression. You’ll be across everything from membership enquiries and bookings to general admin and front-of-house support. No two days will be the same

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handling enquiries, membership processing, and providing information about our services and events
- Managing entry in line with Club policies and RSA/RCG requirements
- Operating the POS system and supporting booking and transaction processes
- Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming
- Assisting with admin tasks like filing, data entry, and communication with other departments

What We’re Looking For
- A current RSA & RCG
- Strong communication and people skills
- A customer-first mindset and friendly approach
- Experience in reception, hospitality or admin is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Organised, reliable, and well-presented
- Willingness to work flexible hours across weekdays, weekends and evenings
