Based on the beautiful Gold Coast in Southport is our Abri Residential Aged Care Facility.

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Lifestyle professional to coordinate the team and activities on a full time basis.

**About the role**:
Our lifestyle staff are a key part of our services. Helping with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities/lifestyle programs enabling our residents to participate in various experiences. Improving the quality of life of our residents with a person-centered approach to care.

**What we are looking for**:
To enable us to continue to provide the highest quality, person-centered care we are looking for someone with the following:

- Proven background in planning, conducting, and evaluating activity and diversional therapy programs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of people including staff, management, and residents in a professional and friendly manner
- Commitment to ongoing quality improvement and professional development of the service and yourself
- Dedication to working within the Residential Aged Care sector to improve and enhance the lives of residents
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and to manage your own workload
- A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- National Police Certificate (current within six months)
- Queensland Drivers Licence
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
