**What will you be doing?**

As a Junior Inventory Credit Officer, you will oversee the cancellation, credit and return approval process, and manage the inventory movements associated. As this is a new position at CompNow, you will be supported with ongoing training, development, support and knowledge provided by your colleagues and managers. This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about IT and inventory, and make a difference with processes and systems.
- Assess, approve, and process order cancellation and credit requests, within company guidelines
- Liaise with warehousing and other internal departments to facilitate stock returns
- Identify and escalate non-complaint cancellation and credit requests
- Work with compliance team to establish and improve processes and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, auditing and other ad-hoc duties as required

**What are we looking for in you?**

Although no experience is required for this role, we are looking for people with the following:

- You have a keen eye for detail and can demonstrate your process and accuracy skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you may have customer service experience
- Basic understanding of inventory/stock processes, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Excel
- You’re a team player, capable of working with a variety of external stakeholders and internal teams
- Completion of Year 10 Maths, essential

**What else do you need to apply?**
- Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally
- Travel on-site to our Logistics Centre in Notting Hill, VIC
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
