Package Landscapes is a Landscaping and Construction Company that specializes in creating outdoor play spaces for Early learning, Schools as well as public spaces.

We offer our clients a full package from design, through construction to ongoing maintenance of their outdoor spaces.

We are passionate about our work and love designing spaces to be enjoyed by kids and educators throughout Australia. We have sites all over Australia and two main offices in Queensland (Gold Coast) and Victoria (Melbourne), in one of which you will be working.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, with a broad skill set to implement our new marketing strategy and help us elevate our brand to the next level.

The role that’s up for grabs is a 1 Year Full Time Position on a 12 Month negotiable Contract basis.

We don’t expect you to do everything on your own, but rather be a great team player who is confident in managing budgets, holding deadlines and communication.

In this role you will be our in-house coordinator of all things marketing, overseeing Media Production, Market Research and our online presence as well as initializing and managing campaigns. You will be working closely with our design team and report to management as well as work with external collaborators to conceptualize and realize production of campaigns, content creation, brand design and implementing our other marketing strategies. If you have a track record of successfully managing teams around media production and/or digital marketing, finding the right experts for the right Jobs, then you are who we’re looking for.

We want someone to join our team who approaches challenges with confidence with a knack for refining brands successfully.

The Tasks will be a mix of day-to-day business such as maintaining our social media channels and website and - more excitingly - the overhaul of our marketing strategy over all.

The most important tasks will be to:

- Manage social Media Channels and create content
- Organize Photo and Video Shoots on our Sites
- Develop a social Media Strategy across all our channels
- Oversee the overhaul of our digital Infrastructure including
- A Redo of our website in close cooperation with our external UX Designer and Developer
- SEO Optimization
- Target Audience Analysis
- Work on further defining target audiences for our b2b marketing strategy as well as our employer brand
- Develop our Brand further according to our business model and target audience and oversee the creation of an official Brand Guide
- Identify Campaigning Opportunities throughout the Industry and Manage Campaign Strategies and Budget
- Track Performance and Report to Management to work out milestones as well as monthly and quarterly goals, budgets and strategy
- Relevant tertiary education in a Marketing and/or Media Production related field
- Proven experience working as a Marketing Strategist ideally in an Agency setting for a minimum of 2+ Years
- Alternatively Portfolio showing past Projects in the realm of Campaign Management, Brand Creation, Media Production and Marketing Strategy as a Freelancer/Contractor
- Experience in B2B Marketing is a huge bonus
- A creative mindset that goes beyond digital marketing for finding media outputs that fit our target audience
- Confident using Adobe Suite Image and Video editing software to create social media content
- Project Management Skills including managing budgets, communicating with Freelancers, Clients and Management as well as planning and meeting deadlines confidently
- Basic understanding of SEO is a big plus
- Confident working with Google Statistics, the Meta Business Suite and other Performance tracking tools
- Great People skills
- Team Player who values receiving and is able to give constructive feedback
- A valid Australian work visa as we cannot sponsor you for this fixed-term position
