We are seeking a remarkable and motivated professional to join our Distributed Controls Assessment team (DCA) within the Information Security Group (ISG).

**How will I help?**

As the DCA Manager, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager DCA and delegate control owner for key security controls, such as Security Patch, Security Configuration and Vulnerability Management.

You will lead a team of Security Consultants that are responsible for measuring and improving the effectiveness of your controls. A key function of this role is coordinating Westpac's response to critical vulnerabilities.

In this role, you will be juggling many tasks and requests with competing deadlines, and drive efficiency improvements in the execution of underlying processes. An average day leading this team will see you engage with projects, policy and data teams, and service owners across the group.

**What do I need?**

Your experience as an Information Security leader, with exposure in project or compliance-related fields would be highly desirable.

You will be highly organised and possess excellent attention to detail. In addition to this, your experience will include strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues, sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

You will have exceptional stakeholder management abilities and be comfortable appropriately eliciting information and influence stakeholders.
