We specialise in supplying quality parts to trade and retail customers across Sydney.
We are seeking a driven and experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee our warehousing, purchasing, and logistics operations.
This is a FULL TIME POSITION offering a competitive salary and a long-term career opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities Plan, implement, and monitor purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely reordering Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve best value and reliability Oversee the movement of goods and maintain accurate inventory systems Liaise with other departments and customers regarding outbound logistics and delivery Coordination Manage warehouse staff, including rostering and performance oversight Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards Oversee purchase, storage, and distribution records and reporting Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics management Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Prior experience with stock control systems or ERP software is highly desirable Automotive or mechanical industry background is an advantage Salary & Conditions Annual Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + Superannuation Employment Type: Full Time You will be employed under terms and conditions consistent with Australian standards for this role and location.
