**About the role**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Injury Management Case Officer to support effective injury management and return-to-work processes. In this vital role, you’ll coordinate claims, maintain accurate records, and liaise with employees, managers, insurers, and healthcare providers to ensure timely case progression and compliance with legislation.

Targeted Question: Provide an example that demonstrates your ability to manage injury-related case documentation and data systems within a legislative compliance framework. This is a child-related position. A Working with Children Check is a prerequisite for anyone in child-related work. It involves a national criminal history check and review of findings of workplace misconduct.

To be eligible for positions at TAFE NSW, you need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport.
