**Our Client**:
Founded over 15 years ago, our client is a market-leading independent Agency catering specifically to the villages of the Southern Highlands. With a small portfolio under management and previous sales ranging to the multi-millions, they are looking to add professional support to their small team.

**Duties**:
Working alongside a highly respected and experienced Director, this all-rounder role will support across all aspects of the business and provide someone an incredible foundation fo growth with the Agency. Duties will include:

- Answering incoming telephone calls & addressing enquiries
- Property Management support including; actioning repairs & maintenance, undertaking routine inspections and compiling condition reports
- Sales support including; arranging and conducting open houses, entering information into the database,
- Advertising and markeing for rentals and sales properties
- Maintaining and posting on the social media platforms
- General office coordiation - ordering stationary, mangeing and maitaining offic equiptment

**Specific requirements**:

- Ideally you will have Real Estate experience, and at a minimum strong office admin experience
- A current Certifiacte of Registraton (or a willingness to gain)
- Ability to operate on Apple computers
- Professional presentation and good written / spoken English
