**Role Responsbilities**:

- **Track Finances: Track project spend to project budget / escalate issues based on forecasting**:

- **Track Schedule: Work with vendor, project team and stores to keep schedule on track - reschedule appointments with vendors, store, project team as required - manage impact**:

- **Communications: Third party vendors (Telstra / Aqura / Mitel), Stores, Project Teams**:

- **Collate Information: Gather contact details from stores, set up contacts in Workplace, tag contacts in posts for visibility, share details with project team, track project related info (MAC addresses, appointment info)**:

- **Book Teams Meetings: Teams meetings used for all migrations to bring disparate teams together**:

- **Monitor Migrations: Monitor chats during migrations - assist with issues as they arise**:

- **Support Project Team: Support and lead project team ensuring project success**:

- **Project Reporting: Monthly Project Status Reports**:

- **Track Risks / Issues: Track any potential risks or issues that may arise in the project cycle and escalate as required**

**Required Experience**:

- **3+ years experience in IT Project Coordinator role**:

- **Experience tracking project schedules/risks/issues**:

- **Vendor management experience**:

- **Strong stakeholder management skills**:

- **Strong communication skills**:

- **Experience tracking finances and project budgets**:

- **Experience gathering required information and collating data
