**About the Role**
Jones Radiology are seeking people-focused and customer-centric individuals to play a fundamental role in upholding Jones Radiology's brand promise and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Eastwood Head Office. If successful you will work Monday to Friday, with availability between the core hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for all visitors to Jones Radiology head office at Eastwood. This role supports the Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth and professional coordination of the Eastwood Office.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Acting as the first point of contact and providing excellent Customer Service to all visitors to Jones Head Office.
- General front desk reception duties; ensuring the Eastwood office is always maintained with a tidy and professional appearance.
- Providing support to the executive assistant and the wider office with general administration duties including but not limited to:
- Meeting coordination including catering, meeting paper preparation and minutes.
- Preparation of presentations as assigned.
- Credit card reconciliation.
- Administrations of specialised stationery.
- Coordinating office functions held during work hours.
- Managing the stock levels of stationery and other supplies for the office and kitchen, ensuring stock is received and stored in a timely manner.
- Staff uniform management including but not limited to managing the uniform portal, uniform queries, badge ordering and allocations.
- Maintain and manage the meeting rooms. Liaise with meeting hosts to organise catering as required and any other requirements for the booked meetings.
- Maintaining clinic phone lists and distribution.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Strong customer service skills with previous experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tasks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with various internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
