- Job description**About the Role**:
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work in partnership, supporting our Vice Chairman, Alexandra Goodfellow in our Sydney firm.

In this permanent full-time role, the successful applicant will bring significant project management support for senior management, be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills to represent Korn Ferry proactively and positively to stakeholders across all levels of the business and externally.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities as an Executive Assistant are varied and diverse. They will typically include, but are not limited to:

- Extensive client liaison throughout the search process, both written, over the phone and in person
- Review and approve monthly client billing invoices to ensure accurate invoicing
- Help prepare and edit Pitch Decks and proposals in PowerPoint
- Provide PA support to Vice Chairman, Alexandra Goodfellow
- Organize and attend Board and other Committee meetings, including room bookings, catering, set up of technology, and minute taking
- Liaise with Board Chair and assist with some administrative tasks for the Chair, related to Board meetings
- Assist in business development as needed and where necessary
- Document management, including document creation, editing, proof reading as examples
- Maintain Partner’s business calendar and co-ordinate travel and interview schedules
- Maintain Partner’s contact directories
- Work with other practice EAs as necessary to organize ad-hoc events and BD mailings

**About you**:
You will have proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within a global company. You will be a seasoned operator, able to juggle multiple and ever-changing priorities with ease. You will have a natural ability to interpret, distil and communicate information appropriately for different audiences.

You will have strong project coordination skills, an aptitude for learning new technologies and be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. You will be proactive, action oriented and used to working in a fast-paced environment.

As you will be working with key stakeholders, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels will be vital to your success.
