**About the Role**
NSW Government are seeking a talented, creative and experienced Partnership Advisor to join their team in Sydney. Work from home 3 days per week on an initial 3month assignment, with a potential to extend. This role will build and maintain key stakeholder relationships through leading the execution of the partnership strategy. Delivering support and guidance to the organisations service lines to engage with relevant stakeholders on key projects to ensure project objectives are achieved.

**Responsibilities**
- Consult and engage with relevant stakeholders on projects
- Develop partnership and sponsorship arrangements and activities
- Manage budgets, resources and schedules
- Research and collate information to assist in informed decision making outcomes
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to facilitate engagement and contribution of ideas
- Ensure sponsorship assessment forms and approvals are compliant
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers to deliver programs and initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative improvement strategies
- Represent the organisation at conferences, official functions and fundraising events
- Ensure compliance with Departmental policies and procedures

**About You**
- Demonstrated Marketing or Partnership experience
- Proven ability to manage partners and stakeholders
- Confident, ability to take charge
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite
- High attention to detail
- Takes initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
