**Job Description**:
As the Alumni Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining alumni database with accurate and up to date information for all members.
- Assisting with the development of new programs to increase member engagement.
- Monitoring and evaluating engagement following communications and events.
- Building rapport with exiting employees.
- Being point of contact for all membership queries.
- Ensuring regular, effective communications are being circulated.
- Fostering and maintaining productive, progressive and beneficial relationships with alumni members.
- Ensuring all new alumni members are greeted and invited to participate in our alumni program.
- Liaising with members to identify their individual needs and interests.
- Working with internal stakeholders to plan and run effective events.
- Other duties as required.

Please note, this role is offered on a part time basis working 3 days per week.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have relevant experience in a memberships or alumni role.

You will require strong attention to detail as well as, stakeholder management and relationship building capabilities.

This role requires experience in database or CRM management, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Of vital importance is that you have a “can-do” attitude and be proactive in suggesting improvements or developing creative solutions to challenges and processes, you can adapt be flexible, and thrive on uncertainty
