**Who are we looking for?**

We're looking for **Executive Advisors, Senior Advisors **and **Advisors **to join our **GHD Advisory **team as we grow our **South Australia **practice.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Identifying major pursuits in the Northern Australian market in collaboration with GHD's Market Leaders
- Leading major pursuits including teaming arrangements and contractual negotiations
- Leadership in managing and delivering major transport projects
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, Project Directors and Project Managers
- Providing technical leadership on nominated projects as required Mentoring and guiding professionals through the early stages of their management consulting career

**What will you bring to the team?**
- Tertiary qualification supported by consulting experience on major infrastructure projects.
- Engaging and motivating people skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrable commercial skills with strong project delivery experience, deliver outstanding client experiences coupled with both technical and commercial performance on projects.
- Effective and proven business development, networking and client relationship management skills; a proactive, professional, collaborative and personable approach An ability to lead, mentor and develop a talented project teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients
