GCI Solutions is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, and has recently been awarded a 10 year contract to deliver water and wastewater repairs and maintenance services, renewals programs, and capital works for the City of Gold Coast.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Program Director, the Maintenance Delivery Manager oversees the delivery of the maintenance program which includes planned & reactive works.

This is a role where no two days are the same, with our scope covering civil, electrical & mechanical. With a team consisting of 5 Supervisors, a Project Manager, a Project Engineer, and a large field workforce, it’s an opportunity to put your leadership and team development skills into practice.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in a Senior Project or Delivery Manager role, within the water industry desirable
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and understanding of the issues impacting program performance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated capability developing new business opportunities.
- Leadership experience with a large team, including experience coaching to build capability.
- Experience with project estimating and understanding of required inputs.
- Understanding of the principles of collaborative contracting.
