**Your new role**
As the M365 SME your responsibilities will include the following;
- Implementing and managing authentication protocols, such as SSO and MFA, to enhance security and user experience using M365 and OKTA.
- Deploying and managing Windows Servers utilising VMWare and Azure Arc technologies (Update Manager, Defender for Cloud, etc)
- Maintaining DellEMC Fibre Channel SAN and VMware Metro Cluster including patching and support
- Maintaining vCenter 7 environment including hosts and vRealize Operations
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and experience;
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft enterprise software, Office 365 and managing Azure cloud services.
- Demonstrated experience in hardware infrastructure, storage area networks, virtualisation management, backup, disaster recovery and high availability solutions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience as an administrator for Office 365 or Azure
Due to Federal Government requirements, all applicants must be Australian citizens and currently hold a Baseline security clearance (desirable) or have the ability to obtain.
