Assistant Store Manager for our retail store

Lindt & Sprungli continues to enjoy market success within the premium chocolate category and we have established ourselves as a key player within the Australian market over the last 15 years. To enhance our brand experience, we operate Lindt Chocolate Cafes and Lindt Chocolate Shops to deliver the ultimate sensory and indulgent chocolate experience. We are recruiting now for a Lindt ambassador to lead our brand new Retail Team towards success.

The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will actively support and oversee the operations of the business to ensure an exceptional and delightful customer experience and business objectives are achieved.

The Person

- Demonstrated previous Leadership experience in a retail environment where you have managed your team with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion
- Experienced in preparing rosters and achieving labour budgets
- An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales
- Confident with Microsoft office programs and IT systems
- Sound understanding of inventory management, ordering, receiving, stocktaking, with a flare for merchandising
- You have an organised approach, managing daily administration tasks in a timely manner allowing you to analyse, respond and drive your business.
- Delegating whilst been actively hands on
- You build a strong rapport with your team and other levels of management and have the ability to work autonomously.
